Rory says: "My favorite thing... We'll be going over the basic skills necessary to fight at extremely close range - everything from power generation to takedowns to how and when to bite and headbutt.
Participants should have good control, be calm under pressure and have respectable break falls.
Wear comfortable clothing. You might want to think about mouthguards and groin protection. Just saying..."
